It's the only thing aside from vitamins and minerals and other nutrients I took for it at the time and I had added nothing else that I hadnt been using. I've said all this before, your memory could be better ;o)
Now I see no need to use it anymore it's true

I'm not sure Tom would agree with what you think his position is but he can answer that for himself if he wants
