My first Colon Cleanse lasted about 6 months and I've done them for a couple of months at a time since then. You're the only one that can decide when it's best to stop....are you still passing a significant quantity of mucoid plaque? If yes...or if you haven't seen any yet....stick with the shakes for a while.
