I just found this...by Newport...and it opens possibilities...

Not that I understand it, yet, but I have been making White Tiger's preferred Liver Flush tea and, once again, I had a marvelous reaction...with no pain this time, only beforehand.
It contains nettle leaves, and more.
Google CureZone for the recipe.
Also, I've found that Depression comes with a stiffness in the adrenal/kidney areas.
And, a bath, or footbath, or hand bath in a 1% solution of Himalayan crystal mineral salts (as 'salty'-tasting as tears) makes anxiety disappear...gone...nada...vanished.
Anxiety isn't depression, I know, but I didn't watch my Depression levels when I tried the baths...just the anxiety...and that realization came as a complete surprise. Just the footbaths also reduced the swelling on the tops of my feet, dramatically.
My crystal mineral salts happened to come from http://www.heartfeltliving.com
It's great stuff.
1 kg (2.2 pounds) makes a 1% solution in the average bathtubful of water...but start the melting in a bucket, earlier...it is rather slow to melt.
While you are in it, for, say, 20 to 30 minutes, it seems only like a pleasant bath...but, after you are out, you'll feel silky smooth all over...and calm, and smaller/more compact, and rejuvenated. This lasts for two or three weeks, at least.
Then you'll start thinking of another bath, or footbath.
I took a shower with very little soap BEFORE the bath...and I sunk my whole self, face and hair included...and I used a washcloth to keep all my sticking-up parts wet, for the whole 30 minutes I was in...just in case that would help.
Use no other bath products. You won't need them.
The skin is a marvelous cleansing organ...the biggest and the best we have.
And the mineral salts are sterile, we can't 'catch' anything from or through them. Nor do they hurt the plumbing.
Look in the Salt forum *R* rated posts for Daisy4's report on the book, 'Water & Salt' for more details.
Happiness, and contentment, my friends!
