i'm new to this enema stuff - so far so good. doing mostly garlic/oregano Oil Enema s to rid myself of parasites. is there anything i should be cautious of? i'm curious about the posture i assume to administer it. i stand and bend forward, touching my toes - should i be lying on my back instead? i find while standing to be easier and able to hold it longer. any other words of precaution to share? and, btw, has anyone ever died by enema? - sorry, had to ask...
