You're right, toxins are causing my migrains! Just knowing is half the battle, and very inguriging. Today I will be taking the lemon water drink along with B/P drink, vitamins, and smooth move tea at night (not trying to promote anyone here)...when a person is plugged-up they sometimes forget little things that help complete the whole picture, and your thoughts are helpful. This website is so encouraging. It's like walking on a lonely path through a forest. You're all alone on this skinny winding path ...yet others have traveled before you, and will be behind you, but you see no one, however the trees are friendly and encouraging you and leading you on to the fresh meadow that lies ahead and the sunshine that you too know is waiting for you, so you continue on knowing that you too will join the others in the meadow and sunshine and your life will be changed. I know that my path is a long one, but I am happy to travel it...I know that there is a meadow and sunshine waiting for me.
