What is the spicy lemon drink that I read about in an earily post, is that taken with the B/P drink? Am I missing something? I've been going for four days now without a BM. on a colon cleanse, with a colonic every night, and fasting, then because of a migraine I started to eat juice and cooked veggies...so the (organic) food helped. I drink plenty of water. Normally I can go a week to 10 days without a BM, however taking the B/P drink really has me plugged up. I posted earier, and will also drink an Epsom Salt drink tonight...just bought the salt...any and all advice would be helpful , as this is my very first cleanse, and I want to clean out a lifetime of ...waste. How long will I go before I see something in the toilet? Very Curious about the future on this...I just want to get rid of the stuff that I know has to be in me. Thanks in advance to all who can share their wisdom...I really appreciate it, all of you are so much more experienced in this...In the future, I will help others and pass along your wisdom.
