There is no "best" rife machine, they each appear to hit things from a different angle, I was going to point you to a Brian Rosner video but it appears to have disappeared:

Certainly for Lyme I would use a PLASMA machine but you still need to drive it with a Frequency Generator like the F125/165. The F125 is $500 cheaper and can be upgraded when needed. In short if possible get a plasma device and a frequency generator:
