Yea I know what you mean about the whole smoking thing.
Kinda of a catch 22 really - you want it but you don't want it.
The only reason that someone would want it is due to the accumulated toxins already in the body.
Its that build up of "poisons" really, that causes the cravings.
Without that, no one would want that dirty habit.
After the removal of the toxins from the body there is no physical cravings for the cigarette, just the memory of how great they seamed when a person was completely addicted to them.
When a person stops smoking them he/she will automatically go into a drug withdrawal.
I once knew a guy who said that the reason that he smokes was because the smoking "really calms him down".
Ironically I also knew a girl who not long after high school was a cocaine user and her words regarding the use of cocaine at that time were "it really calms me down".
I knew the girl was saying this because it was obvious that she had quite an addiction, so not having any for some time would put her into withdrawals and having some would clearly stop the withdrawal action.
It doesn't take much to start up a cigarette habit, maybe one or two will get it underway.
There are over one thousand different toxic elements produced by the burning of a cigarette.
Fortunately there is the Water Fast and I think a five day fast would be a big leap towards cleaning out the toxic buildup from cigarettes, reducing the degree of physical cravings significantly.
You may also want to consider a 24 to 36 hour fast on a weekly basis.
This would continue the cleanout and its a weekly reminder of what is good for the body - and what isn't
Good luck with the fast.
