Good info Tracey...thank you ! Especially like the part about massages. I got myself scheduled for a spinal adjustment next month...Yippee !!

I ran across the peanut oil thing in my travels through the 1000's of pages of readings. I imagine the best time to do that would be right before you plan on spending time in the garden.

Wouldn't it have been great to have been his good friend and learned from him in person...WOW what a smart man !
