the only things I know is diet. This is blood flow. So the less cholesterol you have the better. But arn't you eating healthy now? Maybe yours is genetic. I have always had low. In fact sometimes it goes down to 50. A nurse told me yours is 90/50. I said, "Oh My God, I am dead." He said, "Ok, it is 90/60." give me a break, he lied to keep me happy. I notice I get light headed easy. So I found that chocolate helps me.
