Maybe the NWO gang is intentionally trashing the Constitution so that we are being conditioned to think

"Well that Constitution thing hasn't been working very well anyway so let's go ahead and trash it and try out this proposed 'New World Orders' plan that might fix everything"

Of course everything got fuqed up because the Constitution DID work but we just weren't following it.
