Beautiful, Sparque...
...Just beautiful!
I knew there is a reason I trust you.
A long time ago I was into researching videos, availability, etc. I bought myself a huge reference book from the National Video Clearing House. They listed every video available, and the manufacturer.
...Countless thousands of them.
A friend was a mental health nurse, and a personal counselor.
One day she asked me to find very short humor videos that nurses could view in their breaks, for relief from the stress of their jobs.
She already had one, a film showing all the silly things that could happen to a person on their way to the bathroom.
It was seven minutes long, perfect for changing the mindset of a tired and even 'burned-out' nurse.
The problem I ran into was that all the films in that book were listed alphabetically. I'd have had to go through them one by one...or write to all the manufacturers to ask what they put out...if someone would send me a list of titles appropriate to our purpose.
I was going through an emotional 'event' at the time, and I didn't realize the opportunity. I could have selected a 'set' of the best, and peddled it to every hospital in the country. Even at only a small profit, each, I'd have had an income, which I sorely needed.
Then, of course, there were pictures, stills and movies of beautiful places, and music, nature sounds...and much more.
A TV channel, here, shows a fireplace burning. Another plays only nature sounds, some accompanied by music.
Who knows how many would have been soothed, uplifted, if I had become a specialist?
I once thought of calendars, too...'Mothers of the World'.
Bravo, dear Sparque! Well done!
Fledgling
