Five years ago I could not straighten out my knee and it was locking. I could not believe the inability to mobilize my knee. My friend had a health book and I started reasearching this problem and found this supplement. It was a lifesaver and I started using it 500 mg a day just once a day and within 3 days my pain was gone. The brand was Quest from England. I have tried several generic and this is the best one.

I took that for over 3 years. If you stop, the pain will return.

Now I do not take any though as I take grape seed and this repairs like the Glucosamine did so I save myself that expense. Here in Jordan it cost 7 jd or ten dollars for 30 tabs.

There is a lot of hype out of combining other drugs with glucosamine. such as Chondroitin and it does not work as well. I am suggesting just glucosamine as I have tried others and it is not the combination that works but this alone.
