It may not be perfect, but this is not tied to some NWO or one World Governemnt premise. I love the go-it-alone attitude of Cali (Montery came BEFORE Woodstock). When the Feds aren't doing nothing, time to act up. Maybe they can make a dent in all that L.A. smog hehe. Predictably big business (i.e. the powers to be) are crying. They have polluted our environment for too long. Much worse then Big Pharma. People have a choice to take drugs or not - we have no choice with the air we breathe.
