the oil pulling is definitely going to give you 'hunger pangs'. Over twenty minutes the mouth (under the tongue) is visited by the blood of the entire system, and the salivary glands are exchanging fluids -- some of this oil is being drawn into the system. That small amount of reabsorbed (toxin-saturated) oil isn't a problem when not fasting, but when fasting -- much too much encouragement of bile production, of the entire system.

Actually, what you're doing with the OP is behaving a bit like someone running on a treadmill, to make the Water Fast work harder. There's no need to push ( or pull!) it at all. i would give it up.
