That's okay, the stuff I just read about hunger helps. I find if I drink extra water, I get nauseated. So I go back and forth between hunger and nausea. I'm excited if this means some main healing there. If I heal what's wrong with my belly, maybe I won't get so uncomfortable some days thinking I need to eat more or maybe I'll have less cravings? So heave-ho here we go!
