I brush my tongue alot and drink lots of water when I get the awful taste in my mouth. I try to keep my mouth closes ALOT too. There is no actually way to get rid of it, because your body is trying to get rid of the toxions out or your body. It is a horrible thing to suffer, but you will feel much better if you just allow your body to do it's thing.
