Some of those potato chips even have Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in them. Bowl of chips at Thanksgiving--everyone was mentioning how salty they were...I looked at the label on the bag and there was Monosodium Glutamate. Nobody wanted them after that! Funny that the big companies still use it when it has gotten such a bad rap, even the non-health freaks know about that.
