so i got the whole grape seeds you had linked and i love em! i put them in a coffee grinder and take it with juice and tea. wow. i can really tell a difference between the prepowderized capsules and the freshly ground whole seeds. amazing.

thanks for the suggestion. this is really great.

how much of this are you taking a day?
