Steve simply wanted to illustrate what happens immediately after a fast if we let go and binge. We easily gain weight if we do so. Not every body knows that. People come to this forum to get education and understanding. Most dont know that the body is ready to assimilate nutrients after a fast and it's so sensitive it will easily put on weight. It happens to a lot of people. Steve talks from experience, since this happened to him. He always talks from experience, and since he has made fasting a DISCIPLINE, his personal testimonies are of great value to most members. In other words, he vividly explains the "what to do"s and the "what not to do"s. His consistency gives him moral authority to show all these things pertaining fasting. I am one very grateful to him for that.
