Hi...new to this place. I have had internal hemorrhoids for a long time. They have bled off and on for a long time. But I now have a bump between my anus and scrotum. Is this a hemorrhoid????

I haven't had sex since July, was thinking if it was a herpe/STD that it would have shown up by now. Also, I have had no other symptoms.
