Just recently (within the last two days) I have been getting quite severe pains in my abdomen after taking my B&P drinks. I was up to 4x day, but cut back to three yesterday. I think I will try to do three today, but after this morning I am a little wary. I actually had to lay down and wait until the pain passed. I'm not sure how I'll deal with this at work (I'm on my feet) but we'll see!

Also, after 7 days of fasting and this recent discomfort, we are adding some wholesome food to our diet. Both my boyfriend and I have had enough fasting! We will continue the paraGone, and probably the B&P if it doesn't keep giving me this discomfort!
