I had also also elevated BP but since I went on healthy diet, cut on sugars and wheat
I have perfect BP like ~122/78 plus minus. And imagine my docs wanted to put me on drugs to get down my blood pressure. MDs are nuts and ignoramus. or just corrupted by big pharma firms.

p.s.
sea salt load has no effect on my BP.
