I am several days into a GB attack and want to do the COke flush today. I am confused
after reading so many posts here.... Do I need to flush days in advance with Sea Salt and water, also drinking apple juice BEFORE the Coke flush?

Or do I just begin it all the afternoon of the flush by fasting after 2:00?

THen the next morning after the magnesium citrate do I start the apple juice and just eat fruit and juice for several days? Or juice 2x a day and regular food?

Will I need to stay near a toilet more than one day? I just want to get rid of the pain and find the stones flushed out afterwards with as little agony as possible. Being in the middle of the holiday season I need to plan the timing well and now is my best time to do this.
