Oh yeah, now I realize all the uses of orange peel in recipes you don't actually eat it. Like in tea, you just use it for flavor or for alcohol bases drinks,
In that black bean soup they say to take the peel out before eating too.
But does the dried orange peel powder for vitamin c cause stomach aches?
