PTree message is right on. Your whole digestive system has been asleep for 3 days as you are not moving any of it in the process of digesting or producing any HCL in your stomach or any other digestive enzymes. If you all of a sudden you overburden it with food you will get very sick and not feel well at all.
Just do as she says and still be careful. When you do finish the 10 cleanse make sure you break if very slowly as per instructions.
The way you break a fast or Master-Cleanse will make or break the whole effect of it.
