PTREE mentioned the blood diet. I am a big fan and it really makes sense to me. Some people do great on vegatarian diets, They are always A blood types. People that do well on the Atkins Diet, are mostly O blood types.
Because I'm an O, I avoid Wheat, but I buy the spelt breads. I avoid Sugar and dairy like PTREE says. That is all consistant with Blood Type Diet . After I did the cleanse and saw what came out of me, I was no way going to clog myself back up--good health to you
