Hi patientadvocate!
There is a lot here to respond to, but in order to respond, I need some clarification on the following point. Which cells do you believe are actually virally infected? The T-cells (and in some cases B-cells) driving the immune response, or the cells they are attacking? Thanks!

Also, in the future it would be very helpful if you posted links to the articles you are quoting (or at least a reference), rather than just giving the names of the website you found them on.
