Dear Hveragerthi,
I hope you don't mind, but I turned your post into kind of lists...in case anyone is like me, and has not seen some of the words before.
If you'd like to, you could simply copy this page, and paste it into another post of your own.
Perhaps there are more commonly-known names for some things, like pantothenic acid is sometimes called vitamin B5.
Could you also tell us how you incorporate some of the herbals into your own diet?
I'll be printing this post, and taking it to the health food store. Perhaps they can add some of these things to one of their nice juice drinks, or maybe they are already in some!
Many thanks for telling us!
HVERAGERTHI'S SUGGESTIONS (from post above)
Eczema is not from parasites.
Eczema is partially a problem with liver toxicity,
and partly allergic response.
Liver flushes do not cleanse the liver.
The best way to cleanse the liver is with digestive bitters.
These are bitter-tasting herbs that,
when they come in to contact with the tongue,
they stimulate the bitter receptors.
This in turn stimulates the vagus nerve,
which causes the liver to flush.
You only need to taste the bitters to work,
so I recommend 1/2 dropper full on the tongue several times a week.
Drink a lot of water throughout the day when using bitters.
As for the allergy component,
allergies result from poor adrenal function.
A lack of antihistamine and
anti-leukotriene epinephrine, and
lack of immune modulating and anti-inflammatory corticosteroids
lead to allergic responses.
To build up the adrenals you need...
vitamin C and
pantothenic acid,
the two most important nutrients for the adrenals.
Natural vitamin C sources are the best such as...
watercress,
kiwis, and,
berries.
Adaptogenic herbs also help to strengthen the adrenals.
Some of my favorites include...
schisandra berry,
licorice root,
ashwagandha,
jiaogulan,
astragalus,
Siberian ginseng, and,
suma.

Further comments from Fledgling:
I have had some amazing results, liver flushing with White Tiger's preferred herbal liver flush...
Quoting White Tiger...
"Here is the formula for the liver and gallbladder cleanse that I prefer to use.
I suggest taking one or two enteric coated peppermint capsules with each meal for a few days before using this liver and gallbladder cleanse formula. This has been proven to dissolve liver and gallbladder stones.
Put one teaspoon each of
...Oregon grape root,
...marshmallow root, and,
...dandelion root
in one quart of water (four measuring cups).
Simmer the roots for five minutes before turning the heat off.
Add a half teaspoon each of
...nettle leaves, and,
...peppermint leaves.
Let steep for twenty minutes before straining all the herbs.
Drink at least one cup a day.
You can also make a tincture or pills with this formula.
Start drinking peppermint tea each day as a preventative against stones."
End quote.
Although I must admit that I accidentally used only about 2 1/2 cups of water when I made it a few days ago.
And I drank the whole thing down.
My 'stuck' gallstone moved right on out of the biliary duct... with no pain or discomfort. (It feels like there is a mass of sludge still to come, but it is not nearly so 'heavy' and achey as the stone was.)
This gallstone was the last of five or six which dropped from my liver toward the gallbladder a couple of years ago, when I first tried this herbal liver flush. A spectacular event, indeed...though it was ages before they slowly moved on, one at a time. I didn't see them in the bathroom, as I don't 'poke' much.
Here is the story of this last dose of herbal liver flush, over the whole thread...

Somehow I lost kidney/adrenal aches/stiffness which seemed to be the source of depression, before the flush.
And 1/2 of my fifth round of Humaworm, just before that, seemed to vanquish a mass of worms across the midriff. As I say, the silence was deafening!
I suspect the worms were outside of my digestive tract, and I wonder if you happen to know how to 'melt' their bodies, so they are moved out as quickly as possible.
Thank you so much for your post.
My best,
Fledgling
