Run, as fast as you can, from anyone, any reading, who/which proposes such a procedure is useful!


And, change your own thoughts on sexuality!


There is so much more than this to know...to experience. But I doubt anyone who has focussed on only one idea to this degree, can learn new thoughts and feelings easily...mainly because they have tunnel-vision...no pun intended.


Every aspect of loving is mental...and you are in charge of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.


I have no idea whether or not you can repair the physical damage, but you certainly can't if you continue to think the way you have been.


Step back from your every attitude toward your sexuality and those you see around you, and look for other attitudes.

Perhaps return your thoughts to the days of your innocence, and rebuild.


Also, reconsider your partners' feelings...learn from their most delicate and loving wishes. Surely they haven't become that jaded that they would want you to hurt yourself like that.


And, get counseling!

Get counseling from someone who understands mankind's true loving nature, gentleness, and fulfilling human relations.


I am so sorry you found only this nonsense. But your true self is still within you, no matter what has gone before.

You can find your true self again, and perhaps undo some of the damage.
