You could buy the components separately and assemble them yourself for about $2000 including F125 signal generator not on the site. Or you could get them to assemble you one for more. I think I would ask for a price before I would attempt to build one.

All you need is a signal generator controller (Atelier Robin or other) and some sort of cabinet to put the assembled components in. Oops I forgot about the (Plasma tube).
