Not a good idea in this case. She is on Coumadin (Warfarin) and cayenne pepper will potentiate the blood thinning effects.

Also to prevent stroke damage the stroke must be caught and dealt with within a 3 hour period. For example, ozone therapy given within this time frame has been shown to reverse any damage from strokes. After the window though the enzymes released lead to permanent damage.
