Hey there, so good to see you here. I'm not sure I have ever seen exact measurements for the buttermilk and honey but I use about a cup of buttermilk with a tablespoon of high quality honey like Tupelo honey. It does not mix well in the cold buttermilk so you may have to keep mixing and kinda drink a little and eat a little of honey as you go. It has good calcium and sodium for the adrenal glands.

Make sure the buttermilk is cultured.
