Wow! That was fast! Thanks for answering so soon.

I'm new to this forum, and am very impressed. I'm curious about the buttermilk/honey thing...what's it good for and when should it be taken? And is there a reicpe for it, or do I just dump a bunch of it together and hope for the best?
