In previous forum messages of this I have been known as Amanda. Well I checked out the page you recommended Hermit. It seems like it more for Cardiovascular diseases and problems due to high cholestrol or BP, and people that have been told they need angioplasty. I appreciate you letting me know of the page. I still would like some opionions from people on options for me. I have started a several cleanses and a juice fast. If anyone knows other options please let me know. Ty.
