hi great news on your fast, as for the menstruating earlier in your cycle it is normal too and you can guarantee within 3 days of a Water Fast i come on which really spooked me at first but you get used to it i guess maybe others are different tho this is my experience, good luck with your Water Fast and steve is right the pure Water Fast is much much easier or if your desperate for something different maybe some fresh fruit juice the no cal drinks are full of crap and stimulants out of curiousity how much have you lost in your 7 days of fasting ???? anyway good luck karen x
