I took around a teaspoon of the cure all last night and it did relax me enough to go to sleep and I woke up 3 hours later feeling better than I had since starting the fast. I did not feel like dragging my feet at all. So I recommmend the Cure All and it would be something to take everyday but not late at night. Much better during the day.

PS: I got to be at an appointment soon, so waking up early was a big help. Yes, guys I never sleep. The hard working crazy woman of the forum is off.
