I guess you didn't read the information posted. Of course, if it doesn't bolster your ideas, then why should you read it. Right?

I read it last August. There have been numerous lawsuits filed since then. More filed since the last news on Nov 1.

There must be a reason. All these lawyers know more than you do, and they have better things to do than to chase cases they don't think they can win.

Will they win? Who knows. They won't lose from not trying.
