I used Primal Defense. It is the cadillac of the probiotics. It is heat resistant, doesn't need refrigeration. Great for travel and is the very best. you can order it from Christines Cleanse Corner site or go to Garden of Life products. They are all wonderful organic products. Take the probiotics after the cleanses are done. Hope this helps.
