I did one of the Clark liver flushes--the one where you extend it into the next day. I was lying down until noontime the next day, was weak from diarrhea from the ES, and don't think I got out as much liver junk as I always did from doing the coke flush. Anyway, I had to start with the liver flushes and my colon was a mess, so I don't think I could have tolerated 13 months of butt pee. I had to do the flushes on the average of 2 a week, so Clark's flush never would have worked for me. Doc has his own story on this, and some of the rest of us are having to do 2 flushes a week. I really think it is all about how bad off you are when you start this program. If you have to do the flushes closer than 2 weeks apart, then from where I stand, it better be the coke flush.
