Since you mentioned Immodium... I'm assuming you have a problem with diarrhea as it relates to your IBS. Diarrhea is an increased transit time... where waste passes through the digestive tract too fast... and the bacteria in the intestines doesn't have a chance to turn the waste from green to yellow to brown... or to pull water out of it in order to form solid stool. It's possible that the blue food dye played a part too... but green stool is common with a rapid transit time.

As a side note... especially for you Tony... one of the most interesting colonics I ever performed was on a young man who passed a continuous teal blue stream for the entire length of his colonic... about 45 minutes. I had to ask... "What in the heck have you been eating?"... to which he replied that he had consumed an entire box of Boo Berry cereal the night before! *lol*
