Answer: The Sad part about this is that these Overly Educated folks add to the Deception of the average person by making Claims with --Fancy-- words and PH Degrees etc making it appear that "They" are somebody Important and Many average folks Seeking answers take them at their word and become Deceived also, thus Falling into More Pain and Suffering because of the added Deception by these Overly Educated folks !
