Pretty much the same thing happens to me - the wriggling sensation just under my skin, and in the some of the same locations you mention.
In my experience those sensations are greatly amplified when parasite-cleansing.
Black walnut hull in large doses has the strongest and most immediate effect.
It really aggravates the perpetrators.
