Thanks PTree. I'm probably not getting the full advantage of my vitamins right now anyway am I.....since I "just know" my colon is so sad. But not for long. Soon the gray skies are gonna clear up and we'll put on a happy face! Plan to shop for my ingredients on Thursday! Can't wait!
