cool, i anyway hate to drink salt water, feels like putting poison in the body, i am not a hardcoreyogi and very sensitive to strange things. i never even managed to drink coffee or beer or to smoke...
and sugarcane we have a whole field here, just how to squeeze it? guess you need a machine...
its really nice that internet and especially these noncommercial discussion forums. its the first one i am joining and much better the writing boring e-mails.
another thing is that i often have something like white lines or circels on my tonge wich leave a inflamation when they go away again. and while fasting they become very massive and when i then tried to drink the lemonade for one day they even become bigger... doesnt sound nice but what to do. is that candida, or normal while fasting? i never saw anybody having such things. thats actally the main reason why i think that there is something wrong inside my digestion system...
