The psyllium shakes do a better job than the capsules...they sweep the GI tract from stem to stern...and the capsules only work from the point that they dissolve. The caps are fine to use for convenience, but I would suggest that you use them when a shake is not conveniet. You can also empty the caps into water...even better than swallowing the caps. I would still take it seperately from your supplements.
