I think I read something about baking soda neutralizing pet urine odors?

I would mix w/ borax.

You must seal all points of entry around the base of your home with steel wool or mesh then cement.

I have also read that they hate mint, catmint and lavender so plant all around and maybe get mint concentrated oil and spray around?

Also keep all weeds and bush trimmed so they don't have places to hide around the perimeter of your home.

and lights? Somehow I think they prefer dark - so maybe some spotlights? (this one's only my own deduction - not a wide 'proven' recommendation :)

Another thing I heard, free and hilarious: animals HATE acid rock. Food for thought? Maybe a speaker under a bench outside to drive them off?
