thank you ptee! do you think that this P&B cleansing would be something for me? is it combinable with eating rawfood? or juicefasting? i am eating since some years cooked wholefood wich didnt do me too good. i just thought that its good to cleanse in the beginning of a dietchange and to get the old stuff out, so that the raw food can be better digested... i am very glad to have found this forum and to have some trustable advice. so, thanks again, viraj
