seems we have a lost a valued member thanks to your input.
If you did but not know it, there are several sides to water fasting: the physical, emotional/mental, and the spiritual, all of which are relevant to this forum, and if not, perhaps you could point me to the reference that limits its scope.

As the member Anya has recently pointed out, you have the choice of ignoring the posts from Sacristia and/or choosing not to read them, rather than offering a critique of her reasons for posting.
A little more tolerance and understanding wouldn't be amiss.
