I recently started these exercises again, and something very strange happened to me.

At night, just after I fell asleep, I felt as though something struck me in the back of my head, and my whole head jerked forward. Then, I felt a sharp pain in my right underarm, then my right arm jerked straight. Got scared and could not sleep.

Never happened to me before. This was after doing 9 reps for 2 days in a row. I stopped and will go more slowly. I find the exercises easy. I could do 21 reps, but I am afraid of the side effects.

Wonder if something became unblocked?
I had alot of neuro problems due to mercury/lead.
